Wood- and stone-look floors were chosen for the exterior, an informed decision that guarantees resistance against wear and tear, knocks, stains and the formation of mould. The same technical performances are also assured inside the house thanks to the wall tiles and floors in the private bathrooms and the various common areas of the villa, like the living room and the gym.
